When you purchase a downloadable product please save it on your computer in: My documents, My videos.  This may help you relocate the video on your system. 

Should you need to have the download enabled again we will authorize one additional download, within one month of the original purchase, for free. 

After one month there will be a $5.00 fee for each additional download enabled.

Defective dvds should be returned in the original packaging in undamaged condition for an exchange; within the first seven days after you have received it.
